Coolidge Falls Retreat at Loon Mountain

The house was beautiful, up to date and very roomy. However, the owner was not accurate when i asked if all the bedrooms had a/c , she responded that there were mini splits in all rooms. That is not correct. 2 bedrooms did not and were quite uncomfortable given the weather. I felt that we paid a premium but the house was not well maintained. It wasnt that clean, the tv in the master didnt work, the ceiling fan in the master didnt work. I feel with just a bit more attention, the house would be a gem (e.g. there was not 1 box of tissues in the entire house.)

The house was spacious and fantastic for our needs (we traveled with 3 families). Great location too!
