Riverside Condo at South Peak

Parking was easy and secure with attached one car garage and electric opener. The garbage can area in the kitchen was heavily scented, source of scent unknown. Garbage and recycling from the previous tenant were not removed from the kitchen upon our arrival. We took care of it as the dumpster was nearby. The toilet seat was partially detached from the toilet. We were able to reattach it. The shower caddy in the master bathroom was very rusty. We put our bar of soap on it and the soap picked up quite a bit of rust. We were not expecting our bar of soap to get rusty.

Great place to stay for exploring the area! This condo has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully equipped with cooking supplies and everything we needed to make meals. Comfy beds, beautiful setting, walking distance into town for restaurants and a lovely area. Easy parking as well. We recommend highly!

Great location. Very clean annd comfortable. Also communication was perfect.

The condo was beautiful and very comfortable. We all necessary amenities. We had an issue with the oven, but the host was able to work with the maintenance team to get it working within 24hrs.My only critique is I wouldn’t quite consider this a “ski-in/ski-out” house. It is within walking distance to the lift, but you need to walk up a trail and up a small hill to get to the lift. You can’t ski right to the property entrance. But, still easier than parking in the parking lot and taking shuttles.We had a great time and we would definitely recommend this location and rental property!
