Waterfront Condo @ Base of Loon!

The condo was wonderfully relaxing, quiet, and comfortable, and the views of the Pemi River and the large lawn in the back really set this place apart. You can hear the rushing river from inside the unit if you're enjoying a cool summer evening with windows open. I especially liked that we could walk directly from the condo to the public South Peak trail that winds along the river. The kitchen was very well equipped. Nothing missing for any of the meals we prepared. Linens and towels all in excellent condition and the condo feels fresh and clean all around. I've already recommended it to family who visits the area regularly. We had a great stay.

Great place, tastefully remodeled, beautiful setting and great location. Just as advertised!

Beautiful condo, good location, quiet area. No ski shuttle.

Very clean and updated condo. Very close to slopes.

Unit was as described. Clean, recently renovated, and stocked. Just missing a spatula. Location is excellent. Amenities are a short walk away. Parking is easy, and unloading even easier being that the unit is ground level. I would definitely stay again. Heads up for winter renters, the lower level is hard to keep warm without creating a very hot upper level.
