Riverfront House w/ Rooftop Deck! Dog Friendly!

Amazing week with two families, 4 adults & 4 kids… had so much fun exploring the river and Woodstock and Lincoln. Dinner at Pemi Public House & Scoop Doggs were favorites. You cannot beat the location! Thank you Jenna, we hope to visit again!

Our family had an absolutely amazing stay here, and the location could not have been more perfect. My husband went fishing in the area every day, the kids spent hours exploring by the water, throwing rocks, building dams, and even swimming in the brook, and I loved just sitting by the water in one of the comfy, lightweight Adirondack chairs, pretending to read, but often just sitting and soaking in the stunning beauty of Creation all around me. We loved driving the Kancamagus, going on a short hike, and getting ice cream at Scoop Dogg's, right up the street. A major favorite gathering place in the house was the sunroom. Sitting there with the windows open, listening to the rushing of the river, whether in the fresh light of early mornings or cozy lamplight in the evenings, was sheer bliss. The dining room table was perfect for endless board games in the evenings, and the big screen in the second living room made for a fun movie night. We enjoyed dinner on the deck a couple of nights, as well as a campfire once, and wherever we went inside or out there was plenty of comfortable seating for all 8 of us! A few more details: I loved waking up to the sunlight streaming in the master bedroom windows. There were a number of fans, which we opted for instead of AC during the heatwave. We loved the plentiful and brightly colored plates and bowls :) The few glitches we experienced were dealt with promptly and cheerfully by Jenna. All in all, we can't WAIT to come back another year!

Spacious house and right on the river. We didnt get to use outside but I imagine this home is amazing in the summer. Very close to restaurants and walkable to main st. The home was clean, but also needs a little updating. No bathrooms on the second floor where all the bedrooms are.

Well maintained property with great outdoor spaces. The best property we stayed at on our 2 week trip. If back in the area, we would stay here again. We enjoyed a Glass of wine on the deck at sunset.
